Job Description
My wonderful client is seeking an HR Business Partner. The company is a fashion supplier and manufacturer based in Hertfordshire established in the UK for over 20 years and employs 150+ people in the UK. They are a growing and incredibly stable business, part of a large multinational group covering over 40 offices, 15 countries and over 2,800 employees across Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia. This is not a corporate business so seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Design & Develop a well thought out HR Roadmap for the Company.
- Creating job specs across the company and overseeing the maintenance of them
- Interviewing when needed and assessing hiring managers interview capability
- Creating of an interview pack and training in best practice
- Creation of an induction pack
- Cascading the group increment and incentive guidelines and policy
- Creating KPIs alongside business heads
- Designing an appraisal system embedding values, KPIs and 9 box grid
- Monitoring the appraisal process
- Creation and launch of employee wellbeing initiatives
- Creation and launch of social budget guidelines
- Embedding a culture of learning and development with mandatory and bespoke training packages
- Creating learning and career pathways
- Launching a newsletter and social media presence
- Updating and maintaining the company website
- Monitoring the mailing list
- Creating national holiday and faith email/social media content
- Influencing all stakeholders in upholding the PDS Group Values across Company locations within UK and Abroad.
- Analysing and reporting exit interview data
- Ongoing review of Organisation Structure & Capability Building aspects
- Develop & Implement a Talent management strategy - hire, motivate & retain
Person Specification:
- People driven
- Proactive and action driven
- Ability to build strong relationships within the business
- Post Graduate in Human Resources or MBA with specialization in HR or Organisation
- Behaviour from Reputed Institution is desirable.
- Experience span of 5-8 years in Team Leader positions in a fast-moving consumer or retail environment, Fashion/Lifestyle, or other relevant Service customer centricity driven organisations.
- Experience in global multi-location organisations with strong 'Developmental HR' accomplishments would be an added advantage.
