Job description

We're a partnered with London-based creative fashion business who partner with large, trend-led fashion brands and retailers. They are seeking a Graphic Designer focused on apparel graphics to create standout placement prints, all-over patterns and branding systems across womenswear.

You'll translate trend insight into commercially strong graphics, build printable artwork to spec, and collaborate with design, buying and production to land premium results at scale.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Convert research (runway, street, WGSN, TikTok/IG, subcultures) into seasonal graphic routes, moodboards and capsules.
  • Create trend lead graphic placement prints and AOPs/repeats.
  • Prepare & artwork and colour separations for screen, DTG, sublimation, flock, foil, puff, high-density, embroidery and applique; create spec sheets with Pantones, stitch types and applications.
  • Sampling & approvals: brief and mark up strike-offs/lab dips, review hand-feel/hand-feel notes, and give clear redlines for factories and print houses.
  • Partner with Apparel Designers, tech, buying/merch, production and licensors; support shoots and eCom when needed.
  • Adhere to deadlines and work to the fashion critical path-from concept to SMS/BULK-delivering on time and to cost targets.
  • Present trends, moodboards and CAD mockups for client sign-off.

Person specification:

  • Previous experience in apparel graphics for major fashion brands/retailers or a supplier.
  • Previous experience working with or for Inditex.
  • Portfolio showing trend-led, commercially viable graphics: placement prints, AOPs.
  • Expert in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Excellent understanding of fashion trends.
  • Excellent organisation and communication; calm under pressure and deadline-reliable.
