This aspirational brand is looking for a Sales Director who will be a strategic player in delivering and growing the business in UK and European markets.
Responsibilities will include delivering sales growth, strategy for new business and development of the team.
The successful candidate will require previous experience within a fashion mid-market environment, successful track record and knowledge of relationships with key accounts in UK and Europe

Main responsibilities will include:
- Own, hit, and exceed annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain key relationships with new and loyal partners covering UK and Europe
- Establish and roll out a comprehensive road map in line with the overall company strategy.
- Communicate overall strategy to sales teams and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on strategy execution.
- Be responsible for seasonal budgets and monitor performance per category.
- Review and approve orders per campaign and collaborate with teams on achieving expected targets.
- Collaborative with stakeholders on sales targets, performance, risks and opportunities, and key commercial agreements.
- Previous experience of Fashion mid-market Wholesale
- Exceptional commercial acumen
- Demonstrate ability to drive results and achieve profitability goals.
- Strong knowledge of Wholesale distribution networks in key markets
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Astute and confident decision maker,
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
