Job description
Our client is a Luxury brand based in London looking to hire an ambition Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to support the operational running of the ecommerce department. Acting as a key point of contact for internal departments and improving efficiency across operations. This role is perfect for someone who has a digital fashion retailer background who is driven, highly organised and looking for their next step in Ecommerce and Luxury Retail. 
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring orders - order placement through to order dispatch
 - Working with Customer Services to ensure customer journey is seamless
 - Assisting with order queries and customer interaction
 - Fraud management and overseeing chargeback
 - Acting as Ecommerce point of contact for all warehouse enquiries
 - Monitoring and ordering logistic supplies
 - Working with external suppliers to fix issues with orders
 - Streamlining operational efficiencies
 - Optimising processes across ecommerce.
 - Liaising with the warehouse regarding the pick/pack/dispatch process
 - Identifying efficiencies and KPIs to help improve
 - Dealing with enquiries from shipping partners
 - Monitoring stock levels
 - Coordinating inventory updates and assisting with stock reconciliation
 - Collaborating departmentally to identify ways to improve omnichannel offering
 - Conducting regular site walks and raising issues and bugs
 - Working with IT to help assist with order flow and systems
 - Monthly finance reconciliation
 - Collating invoices and tracking supplier spend
 
Personal Specifications
- Previous experience in Ecommerce Operations, preferably within a digital fashion retailer
 - An understanding of ecommerce transactional management, particularly dealing with global payment methods, fraud management and multiple shipping options/charges
 - Familiar with order flows and the warehouse dispatch process within an ecommerce business
 - Meticulous attention to detail
 - An excellent problem-solver and proactive thinker
 - Excellent in number and time management skills
 - Working knowledge of using CMS and ERP systems desirable
 - Experience in website testing is an advantage.
