Our client is a luxury Italian brand that specialises in fine jewelry and prestigious stones. They are currently seeking a motivated, strong Concession Manager to join their Boutique in Paris. The individual will be responsible for motivating the team and maximising sales by consistently delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Create and execute strategic initiatives to deliver the planned annual sales targets
- Exceed the highest expectations for customer service
- Demonstrate sales leadership for associates by taking an active role in the selling floor
- Participate in clientele development
- Supervise and coach sales professionals and build local brand/store awareness.
- Monitor and measure all stores' performance
- Previous experience in a managerial role within Luxury brands
- Exceptional clientele, customer relationship building skills with the ability to lead a luxury service culture
- Fluent in English and French
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic, self-confident, well presented and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving attitude
- Jewelry experience preferred, but not required
