I am delighted to be working on a fantastic opportunity for a Senior candidate to join a successful supplier of Ladies' Men's and Childrenswear. My client works with volume retailers and supermarkets both in the UK and internationally.
This is a Leadership role for an individual with a strong Commercial background who can support the growth of the business thorough developing both existing and new accounts. The right candidate will be from a creative, commercial / volume clothing business background and should be able to Head up the UK business bringing in new customers as well as continuing to work with their well-established existing UK clients. A strategic thinker who can increase turnover through great products, great relationships, effective sourcing and sound business acumen would be ideal for this role.
You will be responsible for managing design teams to create high-quality work that aligns with client's requirements and to potentialise new opportunities.
This is a senior UK role within an international company and requires an individual who can work autonomously and lead/drive a team. You will need to have strong sourcing knowledge and experience of Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka is highly advantageous for this role.
The right candidate will have worked with or for volume retailers and be sales focused with a strong network amongst the supermarkets and large retail groups.
