A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a Premium Brand who are looking for a Buying Admin Assistant to work across womenswear.
As a BAA you will be responsible for sample management, raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and work alongside the Buyer to ensure that collections are listed correctly. You will have strong organisation and analytical skills with a proactive approach to work. They are looking for someone who is driven, a team player, upbeat and has strong attention to detail.
Based in London, some hybrid working is available.
Main Responsibilities will include:
Providing support for the Buyer and the wider team.
Responsible for sample management, keeping samples organised in a tidy fashion.
Enriching SMS POs with correct data and for communicating clearly with supplier what to expect and an explanation of any changes where necessary.
Prepares for meetings, ensuring good space, correct samples are pulled, and any missing samples are replaced with CADs and/or swatches where necessary.
Responsible for master data management on PLM.
Communicates clearly with Design, Merchandising and Wholesale on product information requests.
Responsible alongside Buyer that collections are listed correctly, and any changes are clearly communicated in a timely manner for samples and data.

Person Specification:
Retail knowledge and an understanding of the Buying cycle is preferred.
PC, Power point + Excel literate.
Keen interest in fashion, with a passion for product and trends.
Must be driven and motivated and have strong Analytical & numeracy skills.
Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
Good eye for product, demonstrating excellent commercial awareness.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Problem solver - approaches team with solutions.
