Job Description

Our client, a premium fashion jewellery brand, is looking for an experienced, sales-driven Store Manager for their amazing store in the highly desirable location of Soho. This position has arisen due to continued expansion and success of the brand, who is known for their unique, contemporary designs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how to reach a stylish target audience by using all social media channels and networking where possible.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Playing an active role on the shop floor. Engaging with top clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided
  • Achieving and/or exceed sales targets by developing a steady stream of clients and private appointments resulting in closed sales
  • Analysing monthly store performance
  • Managing and supporting stock levels, and stock taking procedure, maintaining a high sell through as well as alignment with new product launches
  • Being proactively involved in local trade marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Implementing and maintaining all merchandising directives
  • Controling daily invoices, petty cash and take necessary actions to effectively control costs
  • Reviewing and submiting sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company's KPIs and policies
  • Assessing performance and growth potential of individual staff members
  • Attracting, recruiting, and retaining a high performing team

Person requirements:

  • Several year's experience as a Store Manager in luxury retail
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
  • Ability to analyse selling reports and identify business trends
  • Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
  • Established client book or custom clientele experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organisational skills
  • Industry awareness and strong business acumen
