Job Description

This is a great chance to join one of the most luxurious accessories and shoes department across the world. My client is a prestigious fashion house well-known for its glamorous and artistic limited-edition pieces conceived for a passionate fashionista always looking to keep up with the trends and the catwalk proposal.

The role is based in an elegant store in the West End, a top destination for an international demanding clientele coming from across the world to enjoy first class customer service and receive an unrivalled luxury shopping experience.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Offering a warm and professional welcome to all customers walking into the store
  • Following the selling ceremony steps by escorting the customers throughout the all journey with passion and professionalism
  • Ability to identify the customers' needs by developing a pleasant and enjoyable conversation, showing interest in the customers' lifestyle and persona
  • Ensuring a timely and regular after-sales service, keeping in touch with customers and checking their satisfaction
  • Contacting customers via phone and email to advise them on the new arrivals or on any item of their interest
  • Maintaining the highest level of product knowledge to answer customers' questions and enquiries
  • Keeping the stores' visual standards high at all times
  • Working towards the achievement of the sales target by keeping in touch with regular customers and converting one-off spenders into loyal clients
  • Maintaining the stockroom standards high at all times

Person requirements:

  • Experience of working within the luxury sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales target and KPIs
  • Passionate about the brand, accessories and leather goods
  • Impeccable personal presentation and exceptional communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Driven to deliver the highest level of customer service to a very demanding clientele
  • Confident and able to establish strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with complaints in a professional manner
