Job Description

An exciting role has become available with an iconic luxury brand looking for a passionate Sales Assistant for their Menswear Department. This is the perfect opportunity to represent a world-wide fashion house who has dressed celebrities and royalties over decades becoming symbol of timeless style and elegance.

The role is based in their Menswear Department who has been very successful over the last couple of years. The ideal candidate is a proactive and self-motivated individual, with a personal interest in fashion and willing to take on a great challenge and progress further their career in a fabulous location.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service and product knowledge
  • Maintaining the store visual standards and making sure product is replenished
  • Working towards the achievement of KPIs and sales target
  • Learning the menswear collection and providing customer with detailed information and demonstration of the new arrivals, best sellers and iconic pieces
  • Offering a seamless journey in store by showing customers around and introducing them to the collection
  • Maintaining the stock tidy at all times and knowing the product available to maximise every interaction
  • Listening to the clients' need and offering the right product meeting their lifestyle and requests
  • Delivering regular after-sales service and invite the clients to come back in store to view selected items

Person requirements

  • Previous experience of working with a reputable luxury brand
  • Proven track record of sales
  • Driven to achieve KPIs
  • Able to clientele and build long-term relationship with customers
  • Able to work under pressure and dealing with customers complaints and enquiry
  • Proactive and able to use their initiative
  • Ability to maximise every opportunity
  • Exceptional communication and networking skills
