We have a fantastic new opportunity as a Receptionist/PA for quintessential British heritage brand that specialises in luxury accessories. Based in their head office in a highly desirable central location, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and act as a PA to the Chairman from time to time.
This position is fantastic for someone with previous administration or reception experience who is looking for a career with a well-known luxury brand.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Being first point of contact for all visitors - meeting and greeting buyers suppliers and all visitors
- Dealing with sending out all packages and parcels
- Liaising with courier companies logging and tracking packages
- Dealing with all telephone enquiries in a timely and polite manner
- Assisting the Office Manager with various admin tasks
- Setting up meeting rooms and organising refreshments for guests and directors for meetings
- Previous reception experience would be beneficial
- Flexible and resilient approach
- Able to deal with directors and senior management
- Well spoken, polite, and presentable
- Computer literate
