Job Description

This prestigious luxury brand is looking to bring on board two driven and passionate Sales Assistants in their successful store in Bicester Village on a 1 year fixed term contract. One of the roles requires a native Mandarin speaker.

My client is a heritage brand well-known for uncompromised attention to detail and quality which is the result of decades of passionate research on fabrics and textiles. This is a fabulous opportunity to work for one of the most exclusive brands and join a professional and friendly team in their Bicester Village boutique.

Main duties will include:

  • Welcoming and greeting customers in store in a friendly and professional manner
  • Representing the brand's identity and values with passion and pride
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times to ensure customers' satisfaction
  • Managing the relationships with clients by keeping in regular touch with them by phone and email
  • Advising customers on the new arrivals and collections, offering detailed product description and demonstration
  • Maintaining the shopfloor tidy and impeccable following the company policy and VM guidelines
  • Assuring the after-sales service is delivered in a regular manner to nurture the relationship with key customers and repeat business
  • Promoting the brand image by talking through their heritage and iconic pieces
  • Turning every contact with customers into a positive interaction

Person requirements:

  • Previous experience of working with a luxury/premium brand is essential
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
  • Passionate about the brand and its proposal
  • Engaging and proactive with customers
  • Motivated in achieving sales target and meeting the KPIs set
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with customers complaints
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen eye to detail and highly organised
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work across all product categories
  • Impeccable personal presentation
