Our client has a reputation for contemporary, fashion-led comfort and effortless style. Designing footwear and accessories that have become "wardrobe staples", that women all over the world are falling in and staying in love with.

This luxury brand is renowned not only in the local wholesale market but grown to over 100 accounts throughout the UK, USA, Europe, Far East, Australia, with a strong celebrity fan range from rock to royalty.

They are now looking for an experienced online customer service individual, who will positively promote the brand ethos in every aspect of the role. To confidently take on the role of Brand Ambassador, actively engaging ensuring each and every customer receives excellent customer service. Skill in performing well under pressure.

Main Duties of This Role Will Include;

  • Answering customer queries and dealing with any complaints in a polite and courteous manner.
  • Dealing with all customer calls/emails in a timely manner, maintaining a polite and positive telephone manner and consistent grammar in all written communication.
  • Assisting customers, offering informed and confident guidance.
  • Proactively driving sales forward, assisting customers on the shop floor during peak periods.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Processing of online customer exchanges and refunds.
  • Adhering to security guidelines and health and safety policy.
  • Liaising with warehouse to ensure customer orders and returns are processed efficiently.
  • Finding swift solutions to problems for a positive customer experience.
  • Efficient cost control through use of packaging and stationary.

Person Requirements;

  • Luxury or premium customer service experience desired
  • Confident of working with detail in a logical and organised way
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Demonstrate the ability to go above and beyond for every customer
  • Strong team player
  • Strong communicational and excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable and computer literate (Word & Excel)
