Are you an experienced Wholesale Merchandiser with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail? Our client is a leading supplier to high-street retailers, and are looking for a dynamic professional to join their team in West London. This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday), offering the chance to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Liaise with sales and design teams to develop and bring product concepts to life.
Act as the main point of contact for key retailers' post-sale, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
Manage and update customer critical paths weekly to keep orders on track.
Coordinate with factories to oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing.
Handle all testing requirements to meet customer-specific quality standards.
Manage fabric strike-offs and collaborate with mills to resolve issues and secure approvals.
Work closely with the technical team to meet sealing deadlines and ensure product quality.
Raise dockets, maintain accurate documentation, and track production progress.
Order fabrics and trims to ensure seamless production and on-time deliveries.
Person Specification:
A highly organised and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.
3-5 years of experience in wholesale merchandising, ideally within the fashion or womenswear sector.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and problem-solve under pressure.
Proficiency in critical path management and experience liaising with factories and suppliers.
