Person Specification:
Previous retail management experience essential
Have a positive attitude.
Be passionate about customer service
Demonstrates leadership through coaching, development, and ability to manage performance through strong motivational skills.
Solid organiser and planner with ability to prioritise delegate and meet deadlines.
