We are currently seeking a Store Manager for a luxury brand.
This is an unmissable opportunity to work for an iconic and hugely successful brand for their store in Berlin, Germany.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Monitoring business data and performance, analysing KPI's
- Proposing action plans to develop sales and adapting actions to specific situations
- Developing and managing CRM activities
- Managing inventory in accordance to Company guidelines, ensuring the stock levels are regularly reviewed and maintained
- Ensuring the store is presented impeccably at all times and Visual Merchandising complies with company guidelines
- Solving customer concerns by determining efficient solutions, ensuring after sales care policies are adhered to
- Inspiring and motivating the team
- Training on a day to day basis, one to one development
- Managing overall team performance
Person Requirements:
- Enthusiastic, self-confident, well presented and self-motivated
- Demonstrable success gained as a Store Manager with a recognised luxury retail brand
- Understand and represent the luxury lifestyle image of the brand
