We're looking for an experienced Senior Womenswear Designer to join our client's dynamic team, with a strong focus on trend-led fashion across woven blouses, dresses, and beachwear. Ideally, you'll be highly trend-aware, have retail experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity and commerciality go hand in hand. You'll play a key role in developing innovative, forward-thinking collections that resonate with customers, backed by strong technical skills and a sharp eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing original design concepts aligned with brand identity, customer profile, and market trends
  • Creating seasonal colour palettes, detailed sketches, CADs, and technical design packs across blouses, dresses, and beachwear categories
  • Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure designs are commercially viable and production-ready
  • Researching and interpreting current and emerging fashion trends, translating them into commercially successful ranges
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering to agreed deadlines and client briefs
  • Providing clear and professional communication throughout the development process

Person Specification:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in womenswear wovens
  • Previous retail experience is desirable
  • Highly trend-focused with a strong commercial eye
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design software
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative
  • Knowledge of fabric types, print techniques, and garment construction
  • Able to balance creativity with commercial awareness
