This is a tremendous opportunity to join my client who are a market leading supplier of Ladieswear to major retailers in the UK & Internationally. They are looking to grow their Woven Division and are looking for someone with a supplier background with experience of dealing with large volume retialers and a good knowledge of ladies woven . Denim experience would be highly benificial as this area is growing for my client.
This role will be a Senior Management r.ole within the organisation and will encompass all aspects of business strategy creating solid operational frameworks as well as being close to product and development. You'll be working with the design team to create high quality work that aligns with client vision and requirements and to seize new opportunities with existing clients, being customer facing and have the ability to generate new business.
You will need to be product focused, passionate and self-motivated with a proven track record in a similar role and can demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Contact with clients and managing client expectations to a high standard.
- Maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
- Driving business forward
- Strong knowledge of Fabric and sourcing
- Daily Liaison with Design teams on product and development for customers.
- Good understanding of margins and working with Merchandisers and Buyers.
Person Specification:
- 8-10 years + Experience within a similar role in ladieswear fashion.
- Strong knowledge of ladies woven essential, denim experience highly advantageous.
- Dynamic,Individual who takes initiatitve who can think on their feet.
- Able to work under pressure with autonomy.
- A people person with excellent communication skills.
- Confident and outgoing.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload.
