My client is opening a new store in Bicester village and are seeking a Mandarin peaking Sales Associate to be part of this exciting time! The brand already has a loyal international following due to their successful stores on London's Bond Street, multiple concessions in Harrods and Selfridges as well having stores worldwide. The brand is renowned for stunning, extremely luxurious outerwear for men and women.
I am seeking a sales driven, customer focused and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join this very exciting new opening.
Main responsibilities will include:
- You will focus on building client relationships and developing customer rapport
- You will be working to sales targets
- Stock control, delivery and stock takes
- You will be given exceptional training to develop your knowledge of products
- You will be providing excellent customer service using your expert knowledge of the luxury market
- Ensuring that visual merchandise standards are high at all times
- Maintaining standards in accordance with company guidelines
- Acting as a Brand Ambassador, portraying the brand philosophy in your demeanour, attitude and approach
Personal requirements:
- You will have a great interest in fashion and enjoy styling
- You will be very sales focused and driven to achieve high sales and achieve sales targets
- You will enjoy educating customers on the brand
- Strong seller with a proven background in sales
- Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail
- Fluent English is essential and a second language Mandarin or Russian especially
Salary £23,000 - £25,000 plus commission
