Job Description
This is an amazing opportunity to join a menswear brand as their Junior Wholesale Merchandiser. You will be working with the merchandising team and liaising with the factories in China, Bangladesh and Cambodia.
Menswear experience will be beneficial but not a deal breaker.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Raising Sales Orders and PO's
- Corresponding with factories and customers on a daily basis
- Ordering Labels and checking artwork
- Arranging Testing and Care labels
- Filling in and monitoring customer Critical paths
- Sending swatches to the factories, mills and customers
- Chasing bulk fabrics and trims
- Arranging and sending Photo samples to the customers
- Checking QC Samples
- Chasing Factories on shipment dates
- Ensuring FOB Shipments are booked
- Assisting with customer delivery requirements
- CP Meetings with sales and customers
- Chasing the sales team for any outstanding details with orders
- Checking Sample status with QC
Person specification:
- At least 1 year working as a wholesale Merchandiser
- Far East manufacturing experience
- Hard working
- Good admin skills
