Job Description
Our client is a premium watch brand known for its high standards and exciting collaboration. They are looking for an outstanding Watch Technician to join their team in Mayfair.
Main responsibilities will include
- To do MS and CS on watches ready to repair
- Watch dismantling
- Watch technical analysis
- Data entry (SAP system)
- - Checking client requests and find the best technical way to answer it - Managing spare parts
- To do own QC before transfer to the Final Quality department
- To report all technical problems to the technical supervisor
- To provide quality feedback to brand HQ ( where applicable )
- Maintain personalized hand-tools and testing equipment in impeccable working condition
- To ensure impeccable cleanliness of the personal working environment
Person Specifications
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in encasing/exchange movements
- Diploma holder in watch-repairing or equivalent training course is an advantage
- Excellent attention to details and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
