I'm seeking an Immediately available or someone with a 1 week notice full time Sales Assistant looking to work in a beautiful premium womenswear boutique based in Notting Hill. The hours are fantastic at a very sociable 10am - 6.30pm
Their style is recognisable thanks to their distinctly feminine look. These carefully constructed designs use striking prints, ruffles and lace that make both their ready to wear and eveningwear so popular amongst their local clientele.
Main responsibilities will include:
- To ensure their customers experience the 'wow factor' every time they visit
- Welcome everyone so they feel at home and relaxed as they spend time shopping in store
- Gently impart your product knowledge when supporting and guiding their customers with product choices
- Maintain breath-taking visual merchandising and store presentation
- Have a sound understanding of clientele needs
- Styling and outfit building, encouraging add on sales
- To work to sales targets
- To work well within a supportive and friendly team
- Taking part in events happening within the store
Person specification:
- Previous premium retail experience
- Punctual, reliable, honest, warm and passionate
- Strong with outfit building
- Genuinely caring and friendly person with a real passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A good communication between colleagues and customers alike
- Have a love for fashion, ready to wear clothing and accessories
- You'll have a keen eye for detail and will understand the importance of presentation, personally and in store.
- Strong communication skills, customer service skills and the ability to prioritise is required
