An opportunity has arisen for my client a well-known premium fashion retailer who is looking for an exceptional HR professional to join their team. This role will be to work closely with the HR Director in all aspects of the business with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations and People Development, looking at employee benefits and training. In this role, my client is looking for someone who is proactive, happy to make decisions and to implement new ideas and systems in the overall business. This role will work across both head office and retail and you will be supporting the retail managers with recruitment and best practice.
Provide sound and commercial advice on employment, performance management and talent management
You should currently be working in a similar role within a retail organisation, fashion experience is preferred though not essential
