A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Digital Manager to oversee the
E-Commerce Channel and be responsible for financial results, both turnover and profitability, user experience and managing future developments working towards achieving the overall business strategy.
Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with internal teams on all creative used on site, drive the briefs for homepage, landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Manage email briefs and calendar liaising with graphic designer and copy writer.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Designing and overseeing all aspects of the digital marketing department
- Manage campaign budgets and work with paid agency and Freelance SEO experts.
- Collaborate with web dev agency and other vendor partners.
- Plan and managing social media platforms with support or social exec.
- Preparing accurate reports on marketing campaign's performance.
- Identifying the latest trends and technologies presenting to Senior Management Executives.
- Working with the head of ecommerce to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Person specifications:
- The ability to demonstrate creative thinking.
- Knowledge of Shopify
- Ability to develop innovative and impactful customer experiences.
- Drive and deliver innovative ideas.
- Working through in agile ways, harnessing digital and technological advances
- Experience of managing agencies and delivering on budgets
