Trp recruitment are delighted to announce the recent appointment of a new Managing Director Shelley Pinto. Shelley joined at the beginning of June after an extremely successful and long career as Managing Director of Fashion and Retail Personnel.
Shelley has been instrumental in implementing changes to the business which will enhance trp’s standing within the fashion and retail recruitment market sector.
One of Shelley’s initial objectives was to expand the team and this has been achieved with the appointment of an additional retail recruitment consultant who joined on September 1st .
Valentina Alteri worked at trp as a successful retail consultant for nearly 2 years before she was approached to run the internal retail recruitment for Heathrow. Valentina left in April 2015 before Shelley’s appointment, however she has missed the agency side of recruitment and with the new management structure in place Valentina is excited to be re-joining.
Valentina will be a fabulous addition to the trp team and several of her former clients have already expressed their delight to be working with her again, as will her former colleagues.
She will be working across luxury and mid-market clients covering retail operational positions at all levels from Senior Sales through to Senior Store and Area Management.
